To create a successful campaign or program, we must understand its objectives, internal support, and target audience. We’ll define a strategy based on achievable goals, available resources, and customer insights. For campaigns, we’ll create a GTM strategy for the customer journey and stakeholder alignment. For programs, we’ll develop an umbrella strategy and playbook. The outcome of this phase is a playbook for the campaign/program.
In this stage we seek to create a concept that aligns with the brand message, resonates with the target audience and converts on the desired outcome. This story-driven concept will drive each touchpoint of the campaign journey. We’ll present visuals to demonstrate how this is done.
This is where we begin developing the actual deliverables for assets for the campaign such as digital, print, AR, and video as well as the content included in these pieces, unless there’s an existing external “agency” relationship for one of these deliverables or the content therein.
This phase is the most labor and time intensive portion of the campaign development process.
Depending on the nature/touchpoints in the campaign, we can develop reccomended sales script, alignment needed between internal sales/field teams and internal technical team/integrations.
For AR/Web/Digital activations, we completely handle backend development, testing, hosting, support/issue management and analytics.
